I'm trying to create an account, but it says my email has already been taken.

If you have made a purchase in the past, an account has automatically been created for you. Please refer to this article on how to access your account.

How do I receive my files?

All files are instant download. The purchase confirmation page will include product download links. Your emailed receipt will also contain links. Additionally, if you login and access your account page, you will have access to download links for all your past purchases. You will receive an email with your order information and download links after your payment is made. Please check your spam folder if you do not see your order email after checkout.

Are these iron-on patches or shirts?

These are NOT physical products. All designs are digital embroidery files or artwork files. You MUST have an embroidery machine to stitch out the applique/embroidery designs. All artwork files can be printed.

What file formats do you offer?

We offer DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, PES, VIP, VP3, and XXX formats for embroidery machines. Please check your machine for compatibility. All artwork is available in JPEG or PNG formats.

Can you digitize custom designs?

At this time, I no longer digitize business logos. If you have a design you’d like to see offered on the website, please let me know. While I have a long list of designs waiting to be digitized, I will consider adding other ideas.

Can I resize your designs?

Resizing is not recommended for any digitized applique/embroidery design. Resizing will affect the stitch quality of designs. I cannot guarantee the quality of a stitch out if any modifications have been made to the design.
